Van Gogh HD App Reviews

Pretty much a slideshow with music. Most of the images are good, but a few are of lower quality. Given that, this is a lovely little app and well worth the 99 cents.

As a teacher of both painting and drawing (and a practicing artist), I would love to see drawings added. Please add drawings. The letters are nice and the few drawings that are there are small and tease the viewer. Dont be afraid!! Lol... Add drawings!!!

Thank you for this amazing update. This is by far the Best Van Gogh Collection I have seen. I am the biggest fan of VG, and I tell you this is the best VG gallery Ive seen on/offline all together. Its got more paintings than Van Gogh Museum in Ams does, plus I can always take this with me wherever I go. My favorite app, and I recommend it to all.

Beautiful use for the iPad. I have to agree that having more info about the painting would be fantastic. In general an app that would allow me to download great art collections (like the Marvel reader I guess) would be appealing.

This new upgrade has no pics in the self portrait section and the letters to Theo section is empty as well.

I love this app! The paintings are just wonderful and they make awesome wallpapers! The added paintings are great!! Thanks!

This app will get 5 stars from me when they get the self-portrait and Theo Letters sections working again.

Get it before the developer changes his mind. This is way too good to be $2. So many paintings I have never seen, and they are absolutely breathtaking. If you are a Van Gogh fan like I am, this is a must. Even if you are not a fan of Van Gogh, this app will turn you into a fan. To developer: Keep up the good work. I appreciate the update and Im sure others do too. Happy Thanksgiving to you.

They just fixed the minor bug. And now with the new update it is well worth a dollar. Added over 200 new paintings!!!

99 percent of the time I get a "No Image". Where is the artwork and how do I get a refund!

I appreciate the depth of the collection; I have learned much. the quality of the art is excellent. I enjoy using it when no Wifi or 3G is available. I also like being able to email images. Wonderful!! Keep up the good work.

Pictures are sharp, music compliments nicely.

Ive really enjoyed this app. It has a slideshow feature with music but you can also scroll on your own and zoom in to HD images to see the paintings details

I bought this as a visual companion to Carol Wallaces fantastic new novel, "Leaving Van Gogh". Perfect.
